Beginning in May 2016, the state has incorporated the issue of corporate environmental protection into the height of the national development strategy, and carried out a series of strategic layout and strict control measures. In 2016, the strictest environmental protection law in history was introduced. Regional and industry-wide unchecked environmental inspections have set off huge waves of environmental issues across the country. For a time, red cards have appeared frequently in various regions and industries. The industry was almost wiped out without any leaks. Faced with such a huge wave of environmental governance, how companies should face it, many companies were at a loss for a while.
As far as the national environmental policy is concerned, there is still an enterprise that waits and waits. Please do not hesitate anymore. It is impossible to regress the national policy and the wheel of history. Protect the environment, solve extensive backward production capacity, and realize supply-side reforms. The overall plan of China is an irreversible policy policy. We can only survive and develop in difficult situations if we comply with historical changes.
For mill companies, what are the current environmental issues that are difficult to deal with? For example, for abrasive companies, these types of problems currently exist. From the source of raw materials:
1. Brown Corundum:
1. Problems with raw materials: At present, lightly burned bauxite is facing two problems. One is that there is less and less high-quality bauxite in the face of over-exploitation and waste before. The other is the original kiln and coal burning of lightly bauxite. The water gas process has been banned by the state, and new calcination processes and equipment are urgently needed. At the same time, the problems of dust removal and desulfurization in the new calcination process also need to be solved urgently.
2. Smelting link: In the process of brown corundum smelting, most of the smelting enterprises currently have dust removal equipment, but the equipment itself does not have the correct assessment and theoretical calculation of the flue gas volume and flue gas characteristics, and most of them are better than gourds. , Copying and imitating each other, not based on the input of materials and the amount of gas released during the reaction, the total power consumption, the amount of gas heating and expansion, the intake of furnace doors and electrode holes, and the volatilization of other materials during smelting To calculate the total flue gas volume, so the total air volume often given is far lower than the actual volume. The small horse-drawn carts are unable to handle the power, which results in a low dust collector capture rate and a high rate of escaped smoke and dust, which cannot be treated. The purpose was spent unjustly. In addition, in particular, the reversing part of the brown corundum smelting process, due to the large amount of flue gas, strong impact, and imperfect infrastructure, no one in China has been able to completely resolve the treatment of the retort smoke during brown corundum smelting for decades.
3. Granulation production line: At present, the overall level of abrasive granulation production line in China is still large, rough quality, serious homogenization, harsh production environment, and uncontrollable dust. This leads to a low level of overall product quality and keeps the company on a low-profit survival line, making it difficult to transform and upgrade.
4. At the same time, white corundum, silicon carbide, boron carbide and other products also have similar problems. They exist all year round, and they are accustomed to it. I found out how to break through the problems in theory and practice, and gradually solve the ills that exist in the abrasive industry. Second, I would like to share some technical points about the environmental governance of mill enterprises with my colleagues in the industry:
1. To do a good job of environmental management, firstly perform an environmental analysis on the dust or smoke that affects the environment:
The main contents are: environmental temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, dust concentration, dust composition analysis, dust physical and chemical characteristics, such as dust particle size, specific gravity, corrosiveness, toxic and harmful properties, etc.
2. The second thing to consider is the dust or smoke release characteristics:
The determination of soot release points, the total and frequency of soot release, and the speed of soot diffusion.
3. The layout of the dust removal equipment. Here we need to combine the process layout and operating costs. We must consider both the rationality of the process and the feasibility of operating costs. At the same time, we must pay special attention to the convenience and operability of equipment maintenance.
4. After mastering the above resources, the link to pay attention to is the rationality and implementability of the design. Generally speaking, in order to ensure the long-term effective operation of the dust removal equipment, the construction air volume should be 15% -20% greater than the calculated air volume in the design. At the same time, it is necessary to consider in the design, pipeline wind loss, elbow wind loss, reducing wind loss, device wind loss and pressure drop, including the speed reduction of the dust collector, filter material protection, filtering accuracy, filtering wind speed, and filter material use. There are many technical links such as life span, so the quality of the dust removal effect is a system issue. There are many issues involved and the complexity is sometimes difficult to fully reflect in words.
In short, a well-designed and well-operated dust removal system needs to go deep into the site, be familiar with environmental conditions, understand the operation process, and use various technical means to effectively collect and control the flue gas without affecting operation and equipment maintenance. It is possible to reduce and eliminate the system wind loss, ensure the long-term operation of the margin design, coupled with careful production and high-level installation team, can complete a high-level environmental protection system. In particular, the large amount of sudden high-density smoke generated during the dumping process has not been reasonably solved in the industry. Yearly efforts have achieved the flue gas control, temperature control and energy consumption control in the smelting furnace of 5,000 tons to 10,000 tons of brown corundum; the smelting and dumping of domestic brown corundum smelting furnace was successfully achieved for the first time The whole process of smoke collection and processing issues.
At present, the country and the industry have proposed some problems and solutions; vigorously support the thought-capable enterprises, replace the backward production capacity with advanced new production capacity, and gradually increase the number of production lines with new ideas, high quality and high profitability. In order to replace and eliminate a large number of backward production capacity, the corundum industry will form a new generation of industrial technology, quality, equipment, technology and environmental protection within 3-5 years, and realize industrial transformation.
Facing the current situation, the grinding enterprises must correct their attitudes, adjust their thinking, accurately locate and emancipate their minds, keep up with the national policy of industrial adjustment, open up new markets, develop and improve new processes, new equipment, and new products.
