What we used to call exporting abroad was to make raw materials for foreign companies, so we felt it was easy to produce. If our products are used as final products for foreign customers, we still have a way to go.
Brown corundum abrasives are used by end customers. First of all, they require cleanliness, and many domestic companies have not noticed this, especially the wood chips and dust in the abrasive grain sand. Many companies take it for granted. Because some wooden tools (screen frames, etc.) are used in the production process, it is inevitable that some wood chips will be generated, and foreign customers require the problem of wood chips to be solved. Let's go and see the final products of some large foreign companies, there are indeed no wood chips and dust. In order to solve these two problems, we have selected two different types of dry cleaning machines, so that our products are finally recognized by customers.
The first is to use a high-power dry cleaning machine to clean coarse F54 products. This machine is composed of two fans, one is the blower and the other is the induced fan. When the material enters the dry cleaning machine, adjust the blower to an appropriate air volume to make the material bounce up and down in the machine compartment. Use friction and collision between the materials to separate the fine dust in the product from the wood chips in the material. The induced draft fan at the back introduces the dust and wood chips with lighter materials and smaller particles into the dust removal equipment, so that the products produced are visually inspected without dust and wood chips, and the cleanliness is more than 98%, which can completely reach the requirements of foreign customers. The second is to adjust the dry cleaning equipment, which is mainly used to produce products smaller than F60. Because F60 is a fine-grained product, the air volume required is relatively small, and the electrostatic adsorption between fine-grained particles is sometimes serious. In order to solve this problem, the method of air heating must be used to eliminate static electricity and moisture to ensure the quality of dry-cleaning abrasive products. Abrasive hot air particle dry cleaning machine is composed of main machine, cyclone dust collector, filter cartridge dust collector, heating device, fan and corresponding induced air duct, etc., its working principle is as follows: when the equipment is working normally, the abrasive enters the main machine from the feed port. It is fully dispersed by the impact and friction of the air flow. The dust and moisture contained in the silicon carbide particles and adhered to the surface are carried away by the air flow, and the clean particles are discharged from the discharge port. The dust first enters the cyclone dust collector with the airflow. Most of the dust is collected in the cyclone dust collector, and a small amount of fine powder enters the filter dust collector with the airflow and is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cylinder. The clean gas is discharged from the air outlet; When the ash layer on the surface of the cylinder is thick, the controller turns on the blowing system, blows the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge into the dust collection chamber, and is finally discharged by the ash discharge valve. The cleanliness of the products after this treatment is above 98%, and the sawdust can be significantly reduced, and it is difficult to find impurities inside with the naked eye.
Therefore, it is not easy to say that F sand really wants to do well. It must start from every detail and start from every link.
